• Services you are interested in, configuration answers, options viewed, quote information and requested appointments.
• Website activity related to your service visit, such as bays visited and selections made, so we can preserve your session and follow up on your request.
• Your service-contact consent and any separate optional marketing consent.
• Appointment information if a booking is created or managed through Square.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to service requests, prepare recommendations or quotes, preserve your website session, contact you about the services you requested, schedule and manage appointments, maintain business records, improve the customer experience and protect the website from misuse.

Promotional or marketing messages are separate from service follow-up and are only used when you choose the optional marketing consent.

Calls and text messages

If you approve service follow-up, Country Kustoms may call or text the number you provide about your vehicle, quote, requested service or scheduling. You can tell us at any time that you no longer want optional promotional messages.

Square scheduling

If you schedule an appointment through our Square integration, information needed to create and manage the booking may be sent to Square, such as your contact information, selected service and appointment details. Square processes that information under its own privacy practices.

Browser storage and website technology

The website may use browser storage to remember a temporary service session, selections and lead/session identifiers. This helps keep your progress when moving between service areas. Country Kustoms does not currently use third-party advertising trackers on this website.

When information is shared

Country Kustoms does not sell or rent customer information. Information may be shared with service providers that are needed to operate the website or business, such as hosting or scheduling providers, and when required by law or necessary to protect the business, customers or website.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, scheduling, business records, legal obligations and legitimate operational needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask Country Kustoms to review, correct or delete information you previously provided, subject to records we may need to keep for legitimate business or legal reasons. You may also withdraw optional marketing consent at any time.
